Green Onion Dip

  • 1 bag spinach, finely minced

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • ½ bunch green onions, green and white parts, finely minced

  • 2 cups greek yogurt

  • ½ cup grate parmesan cheese

  • ¼ tsp dried dill

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Saute the finely chopped spinach in olive oil until it is fully cooked and let it cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, mix everything else together. Mix in the spinach when it has cooled. Serve with bread, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks.
