"I won't be able to pick up this week.  What should I do?"
You can send a friend or neighbor to pick up your share for you, no need to let us know ahead of time.  Another option is to keep track of the number of items you miss, and make those up at your leisure during the season.  If you know you're going to be away in the future, it's fine to take your missed items ahead of time, or after, or some of both.  Please keep track of any missed items you are making up, we aren't able to keep track for you.  For simplicity, please try to make up all your missed items by the end of that CSA season.

"Something came up and I missed pickup last week.  Can I make up those items later?
It's fine to make up missed items at any time as long as you keep track of how many you need to make up.  

"What are the hours of each pickup location?"
You can pick up your vegetables on Thursdays and Fridays at the farm from 8 am to 7 pm, by pre-ordering on Fridays at Tygart Mountain Sports from 2pm and 5pm, or on Saturdays at the indoor winter Rutland Farmers' Market from 10am to 2pm. 

“How do I get my weekly items in Ludlow?”

"When are payments due?"

A $50 deposit and half your remaining balance are due the week of November 1st. The remaining balance is due the week of November 29th. Please let us know if you need a different payment plan, that's not a problem.

"How many items are in my share?"

Small shares are 6 items per week, medium shares are 8 items per week, and large shares are 10 items per week."

"Can I take all my items in lettuce?"

Yes, you can take whatever you want to add up to your 6, 8, or 10 items.

"The ______ I picked up last week went bad within one day in my fridge. Can I replace that item this week?"

Definitely! And thanks for letting us know. It's important that we know about quality failures so we can correct those issues! Sorry for the quality control mistake.”
