Cilantro Radish Salsa

Put this fresh salsa on anything, but especially grill anything in your favorite marinade, put it in a taco tortilla, and top that grilled deliciousness with this salsa. If you want a milder salsa, swap the radishes for salad turnips.

1 bunch radishes, finely chopped

1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped (including the stems!)

1 small red onion, or 3-4 scallions, finely chopped

1 small jalapeno, finely chopped (optional)

1 TBSP maple syrup

Toss everything together when they are finely chopped. Serve over tacos, meats, grilled veggies, sandwiches, breakfast eggs, etc.
